| Esso’s Rebecca Run for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Newmarket Ontario The 2009 ESSO Rebecca Run for SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) will be held on Sat. July 11th, with events starting at 8:45am. Location: Fairy Lake in Newmarket, Ontario. Click here for 2009 RACE INSTRUCTIONS. This family focused event offers something for everyone. From the 5k run/walk to the 3k run/walk/roll or the 1k Kids Fun Run, there are many ways to spend time with friends and family, be active, all the while raising vital dollars to help us find a cure for SMA. Join us on July 11th at the ESSO Rebecca Run and learn why we have 80% of our participants returning year after year. Participate in the run, enjoy our post run bbq, check out our silent auction and let the kids have a blast at the face painting station. Together, we will find a cure for SMA. See you on race day!
