Rules:
- Prizes are not cumulative. Rebecca Run reserves the right to substitute prizes if necessary.
- More than one person can collect pledges, but only the single registered participant will receive the prize/award listed.
- Pledges can be collected online through the Running Room OR by using the Rebecca Run Pledge Form (available for download on www.rebeccarun.com)
- Prizes and awards can be claimed at the Race Kit Pick Up after our officials have logged and confirmed your registration AND funds raised.
- If you collect MORE than you committed to – you WILL receive the higher level prize/award that you reached.
- Late entries may have their prizes/awards sent through Canada Post after the event has completed.
- Donations must be monetary only. Donations and sponsorships that DO NOT count towards the fundraising totals are:
- Corporate sponsorships that receive advertising benefits from the Rebecca Run.
- Silent auction donations
- Race bag donations
- Draw prize donations
- Representatives of the charity and the Esso Rebecca Run for SMA reserve the right to make changes to the awards being offered if supplier issues warrant such changes.
