Personal information, t-shirt size, and other details may be edited via the Participant Dashboard until Monday, June 22, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
If you need to make any changes after that date, please contact us via email.
Run Kit Shipping Details
If you register for the run before Monday, June 22, 2026, your run kit will be packaged and shipped starting June 25, 2026.
Run kits for those that register after Monday, June 22, 2026, will be sent out on a weekly basis starting July 6, 2026.
Run Kit Delivery
Participant run kits will be mailed to the shipping address provided during registration. Participants are required to accurately provide their full and complete mailing address. Please be sure to include a PO Box number, if necessary, and/or a unit number if the address is for a multi-unit building.
"Incomplete address" and "no unit number" are the most common reasons why run kits are returned to sender.
Failure to provide your full mailing address will cause delivery delays. In the event that a run kit needs to be reshipped, an additional $15 shipping and handling fee will be charged.
All run kits are shipped via Canada Post, and delivery is dependent upon their schedule. As such, we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
If you would like tracking included with shipping of your run kit, you must indicate that on your registration form. Please note that additional charges apply to include tracking.
- All registered 5K participants will receive a finisher's medal.
- Kids' Fun Run participants will receive a Kids' Fun Run finisher's memento.
